Easter is just a few weeks away, and we at Crossroads are excited to celebrate the resurrection of Jesus. To mark the occasion, we have planned a week of special events for the entire family during Holy Week. We encourage everyone to check out what we have to offer this year and join us in celebrating the Easter season.
EGGSTRAVAGANZA
Eggstravaganza is a community egg hunt open for families on Saturday, March 23, from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm. Everyone who attends can participate in hands-on interactive stations that reinforce the true meaning of Easter, followed by The Easter Story and a campus-wide egg hunt!
There is also a need for volunteers at this event. You can serve at the Saturday Eggstravaganza event or donate plastic eggs filled with candy in any of the marked buckets on our campus.
PALM SUNDAY
At this year's Palm Sunday services, Clint Andrews will share the significance of the Passover meal, how it was celebrated, and why it is a significant part of Jesus' story. This special focus on the Passover will take place during our regular worship times on Sunday at 9:30 & 11:00. Adult Sunday School Classes, Student Ministry, and Children's Ministry programming will meet as usual.
GOOD FRIDAY
Good Friday will be different from years past. This year will be an experiential event where you are invited to reflect on the Seven Sayings of Jesus from the cross. At the Good Friday experience, you will be guided by a host through a series of meditations and prayers as you follow Jesus toward the crucifixion.
This experience connects with our "Famous Last Words" sermon series and invites us to reflect on the pain, loss, death, and lament of Good Friday.
There are three different opportunities to participate in this prayer experience. Wednesday, March 27 at 6:30 pm, Thursday, March 28 at noon, and Friday, March 29 at 6:30 pm.
Childcare is available at the Wednesday experience, with programming for children from birth to 12th grade. On Thursday, there will not be childcare. The Friday event will have childcare for ages birth to 2 years old.

EASTER SERVICES
This Easter, there will be four different worship opportunities to celebrate:
Saturday, March 30, at 4:30 pm
Our Saturday service will have childcare for children from birth to 2 years.
Sunday, March 31, at 8:15, 9:45, and 11:15 am.
Our Sunday services will have children's programming from birth to 6th grade. No student ministry, 7th to 12th grade, or adult Sunday School classes will be on Easter Sunday.
We will have special refreshments available at all our services and a photo booth for family photos.
