Volunteering is one of the ways we engage in discipleship within our church community. Serving is an expression of gratitude—giving back to God and to one another. Whether you are parking cars, helping guests find seats, holding babies, teaching kids, attending a youth retreat, leading a group, or playing an instrument, your service helps others take their next step in discipleship and grow in their walk with Jesus.
This booklet has been created to introduce the variety of volunteer roles available at Crossroads and to help you find your fit by equipping you to serve through your unique gifts.
When you serve, you join our entire church in living on mission. You not only grow in your discipleship, but you also strengthen the collective discipleship work of Crossroads Christian Church.
