Want To Take Your Next Step In Your Discipleship Journey?

At Crossroads, we want to help everyone by making following Jesus as a way of life. This is what discipleship is and we want to help everyone who attends Crossroads take the next step in their faith journey. Whether you're considering baptism, membership, joining a group, or a volunteer team, if you are ready to take the next step, please sign up for Discover Crossroads. 

Discover Crossroads is a conversation-based class is your first step to help you take your next step.

You’ll learn about our church’s history, core values, beliefs, ministries, and how you can get engaged with our congregation.

Discover Crossroads meets every 6 to 8 weeks on Sunday Mornings at 9:30 AM in Room 109 in the Lower Level of our Main Building. Use the link below to sign up for an upcoming class.

We offer classes throughout the year on Sunday Mornings from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Discover Crossroads meets in Room 109 on the lower level of our main building. Don't worry, there will be signs and directions sent out before the class to help you find your way!

The dates for our classes for 2026 are

  • Sunday, January 18 at 9:30 AM
  • Sunday, February 15 at 9:30 AM
  • Sunday, April 19 at 9:30 AM
  • Sunday, June 14 at 9:30 AM

DISCIPLESHIP PATHWAY

At Crossroads, we are serious about discipleship and want everyone to make following Jesus a way of life. But we need a roadmap for discipleship, a tool for people to know they are heading in the right direction. The end goal of discipleship is to be more like Jesus, meaning everyone has steps to take to be more like him. This pathway lays out the various steps ahead of everyone and the opportunities to take them in their discipleship journey.

The discipleship process is not linear, there is no one-size-fits-all approach to following Jesus. The Discipleship Pathway is the way you can find yourself within our congregation and is an invitation to move deeper into our family and your faith journey. Move at your pace, in the way that matches your journey, and in the timing that fits your limits. 

We believe that the first step in everyone's discipleship journey at Crossroads is Discover Crossroads. This class will help provide you with information about our church and ministries and help you discern what step you should take next. We offer Discover Crossroads on the Third Sunday of every month during the 9:30 Worship Hour. (Except in July & December).

What Are Next Steps?

WHAT ARE NEXT STEPS?

Next Steps are ways you can grow in your discipleship journey. Everyone has a next step to take and we have laid out our Next Steps within our Mission Statement, To Make Following Jesus a Way Of Life, and our Core Values of being With Jesus, In Community, and On Mission. The three next step areas we have are to GROW (With Jesus), CONNECT (In Community), and SERVE (On Mission). No matter where you are in your discipleship journey, we hope you find the next step to take as you take steps to become more like Jesus. 

The categories below are not exhaustive, meaning there are more opportunities than the ones we listed, and they are also not exclusive, meaning if something is listed underneath one category, it could very well be placed under another category as well. We put our programs and ministries underneath the different areas based on the primary purpose of that ministry or program.

GROW (WITH JESUS)

Growing with Jesus is one of our Discipleship Pathway Steps. We believe that growing with Jesus takes place in a few different ways. 

  • Attending Worship Services
  • Being Baptized
  • Placing Membership at Crossroads
  • Participating in a Worship or Prayer Night Experience. 

If you are interested in how you can take one of these next steps or what these mean, we encourage you to attend an Discover Crossroads Class where we will talk about what these steps mean and how you can grow with Jesus.

CONNECT (IN COMMUNITY)

Connecting in Community is a great way to grow in your discipleship journey and also helps the big church feel smaller. We have many opportunities for our congregation to connect in community. A few of them are.
