Fellowship of Christian Athletes
Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) and the ministry of Sheri Pharris as she serves coaches and student-athletes at Tennessee Tech University.
FCA’s mission is simple and powerful: Faith + Sports = FCA. Through the platform of athletics, FCA seeks to lead coaches and athletes into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ and His Church.
At Tennessee Tech, this ministry includes:
- Campus Huddles – Regular gatherings for Bible study, encouragement, and prayer.
- Discipleship & Mentoring – Investing personally in student-athletes as they grow in faith and leadership.
- Coach Ministry – Supporting and encouraging coaches as spiritual leaders and influencers.
- Team Outreach – Sharing the Gospel through team devotionals, character talks, and relationship-building.
- Leadership Development – Equipping athletes to live boldly for Christ on and off the field.
FCA uses the unique influence of sports to shape character, build community, and advance God’s Kingdom. Through Sheri’s leadership, students are encouraged to compete with integrity, lead with humility, and pursue excellence for the glory of God.
