re:gathering July 5th and After

Following the State of Tennessee Department of Health & CDC guidelines, each service will be limited to 100 people. Once the 9:30 & 11 am services reach capacity, we will have limited overflow seating in the Student Ministry area. You must fill out the waitlist information in Eventbrite to reserve a spot in the overflow area. We are asking that families sit together during the church service.

Here is the link to register for one of the services.

You can also register for a worship service by contacting Robin at 423-477-2229.

At 9:30 & 11:00 am, we will also be live streaming the services on this site and on Facebook.

During this season, Family Ministry & Sunday School classes will continue to meet online. KID’s Church will be online at 12:15 pm (new time) on this site and Facebook.

For any other questions about regathering at Crossroads, please contact the church office.

Guidelines for small group and sunday school gatherings

Beginning the week of June 1, we are inviting smaller groups to get together in person. It is important for your group to choose a setting where social distancing is possible. Adequate social distancing is generally considered to be six feet apart. So, LifeGroups and smaller Sunday school classes may choose to meet in someone’s home. Larger classes should choose a location based on providing adequate social distancing. (Please note that the current state guidelines request that gatherings be smaller than fifty people.) All groups should consider outdoor options. These are often safer and easier to manage for spacing. Groups may meet outside at church (see guidelines below). We encourage all groups and group members to follow these guidelines:

  • If you answer “yes” to any of these questions, you should avoid meeting with your group in person.

Have you been in close contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19 within the past 14 days?

Are you experiencing a cough, shortness of breath or sore throat?

Have you had a fever in the last 48 hours?

Have you had new loss of taste or smell?

Have you had vomiting or diarrhea in the last 24 hours?

*If you answer “yes” to any of these questions and need assistance seeking care, please contact the church office at 423/477-2229.

  • When the group gathers, members should maintain appropriate distance with people who live in a different household.
  • We realize the evidence and recommendations on mask-wearing is mixed. However, we ask each group member to consider wearing a mask for the well-being of others. Children under two years of age and those with respiratory conditions should not wear masks. Mask-wearing should be especially important for groups meeting inside.
  • Group singing is not recommended.
  • Groups may meet on campus at church if you meet outside. If you choose that option, please schedule this with Lisa Hall ( Important note: If you meet on campus, restroom and other indoor facilities will not be available for your group at this time. We have yet to establish a cleaning process and schedule inside the building that would make this safe.
  • Groups should accommodate those who cannot or choose not to attend in person. You can use FaceTime or other video connections to include these people.
