November was a great month at Crossroads. We were very grateful for all the events that happened on campus this month and for everyone who helped serve in a variety of roles.
Student Ministry Fall Retreat
From November 1 to 3, our Student Ministry stayed on campus for their annual Fall Retreat. It was a fun-filled weekend with lots of games, including bubble soccer and capture the flag.
Crossroads' Market Place
On Saturday, November 9, our Women's Ministry hosted its annual Crossroads Market Place. This event hosted dozens of vendors with hundreds coming out to shop a variety or fun items.
African Children's Choir
On Sunday, November 10, we hosted the world-renowned African Children's Choir. We enjoyed their beautiful program as our morning worship.
OCC Shoebox Dedication
On November 17, we collected and dedicated shoeboxes for Operation Christmas Child. Together, we donated 332 boxes that will be sent to children all over the world.
Student Takeover Sunday
On November 24, we held our Student Takeover Sunday and our Student Ministry served in all aspects of our worship service. From greeting, tech, worship, and speaking during the service.
Community Thanksgiving Dinner
On Thanksgiving Day, Crossroads hosted its fourth Thanksgiving Dinner. We saw over 150 people come to our campus to partake in a full Thanksgiving meal in addition to sending out 40 to-go boxes. It was a great way to love our community and help others be blessed with a Thanksgiving Meal.
